DRCN 2019 Registration

Early Registration for students (non-authors) or IEEE life members (non-authors) for attending the DRCN2019 main conference.

Registration open after January 31, 2019.

Please provide in the note information regarding your student or IEEE life member status.

Whether you are required to have a Visa or not to travel to Portugal, the letter of invitation provided by the conference organizers may be useful for agents at Ports of Entry to determine that a person is a legitimate visitor that intends to attend the conference. Per the conference policy, only duly-registered participants (authors and attendees) may get an invitation letter. Should you need a letter of invitation to apply for your visa, this needs to be requested on the registration website when registering & paying for the conference.  You will get a receipt from the organizers after you pay the registration.

Cancellations fees will apply (100 euros) for cancellations before February 18th. After that date, no refunds will be possible.
