Rates

All tariffs in the table are in Euros and include conference proceedings, lunches, welcome reception, visit to the University, and Conference dinner with fado, except for those marked with * (which will include no conference dinner and no visit to the University of Coimbra).

Accompanying persons may register here for the welcome reception, visit to the University and Conference dinner with fado (100 €, no refund).

Cancellations fees will apply (100 €) for cancellations before February 18th. After that date, no refunds will be possible.

For payments made after January 31st, in the visit to the University we can not guarantee the entrance to the Joanina Library (it has a limited number of visits per day).

Whether you are required to have a Visa or not to travel to Portugal, the letter of invitation provided by the conference organizers may be useful for agents at Ports of Entry to determine that a person is a legitimate visitor that intends to attend the conference. Per the conference policy, only duly-registered participants (authors and attendees) may get an invitation letter. Should you need a letter of invitation to apply for your visa, this needs to be requested on the registration website when registering & paying for the conference.  You will get a receipt from the organizers after you pay the registration.
